How We Help You Get Started with Self-Direction

Intake & Onboarding

We start with a quick intake call to learn more about the participant, your support team, and how you want to direct your services. We’ll walk you through the basics of CDCS or CFSS and gather the documents needed to begin.

Setting Up Services

Next, we make sure everything is in place: employer setup, payroll info, required forms, and communication with your support planner, case manager or consultation service. We’ll guide you through each step.

Tools & Training

We introduce you to our timesheet process, budget tracking tools, and how to monitor your spending and hours. Everything is explained in a way that’s easy to understand, and we’re always here to help.

Ongoing Support
